FLORIMOND DESPREZ Group pursues international growth, strengthening its position on the Turkish market through the acquisition of the company ENDOTAR.
FLORIMOND DESPREZ has signed the acquisition of 100% of ENDOTAR, which becomes a subsidiary company of the Group as of 4 September 2018. Located in Amasya in Turkey,
ENDOTAR has been a partner of FLORIMOND DESPREZ since 2015, specialising in the production and trade of sugar beet seed for the Turkish market. The organisation has 17 highly competent employees and a seed production site that is modern and efficient. Following this acquisition, additional investment is planned to boost the development of the new branch.
