Florimond Desprez with Stéphane le Foll in Russia

Stéphane Le Foll, Minister for Agriculture, Agrifood and Forestry and government spokesperson accepted the invitation from his counterpart, Mr. Alexandre Tkatchev the Minister of Agriculture for the Russian Federation, to meet in Moscow on the 8th and 9th of October.
During this visit he met French companies based in Russia, and more particularly Jérôme Joly, manager of Florimond Desprez’ Russian subsidy.
They discussed current projects for development and constraints due to the market, legislation and Russian specifics.
