Florimond Desprez invests in a new 1,400m² high tech greenhouse.

Florimond Desprez’ Beet and Chicory Research Laboratory has invested in a high-tech greenhouse measuring 1,400m².
Very high and with extremely precise temperature regulation, this polycarbonate greenhouse is divided into 3 zones: a first section for vernalization, a second for seedling planting, and a third for floral induction.
The greenhouse has the latest technology and optimal conditions for cultivation. The temperature, luminosity, ventilation and watering system are perfectly controlled and adapted to the specific needs of the plant’s different stages of development.
Whatever the external climatic conditions, the plants evolve in the ideal environment for their development with a favourable context for breeding research.
