Germicopa, a new season with new horizons!

Germicopa launches its 2017-18 campaign with renewal and ambition. At the beginning of July, Florimond Desprez replaced Eric Bargy as Managing Director of the French potato breeding company. He has taken over this position, with the ambition to grow Germicopa varieties’ market share, in France and abroad, and the objective of reaching 80,000 tonnes of seed potatoes sold by 2020.
A new visual identity
Germicopa modernises its logo and renews its visual identity. The French potato breeder unveils a communication which embodies its new strategy and ambitions. While continuing the past campaigns and advertisements, it adds a modern and dynamic touch. The colours that are part of Germicopa’s DNA remain unchanged, and the design of the new logo creates an affiliation with the Florimond Desprez group.
The new signature, “La création à la française” (The French-style creation), recalls the singularity and inventiveness that make Germicopa successful. It is the spirit which guided the creation of the corporate advertisement and of the presentation of the range of varieties that are attached to this press release.

This theme will inspire the other marketing material used by Germicopa, notably during the coming professional events of the industry: Potato Europe (Emmeloord, Netherlands), The Potato Industry Event (Harrogate, UK), Potato Days (Lemmer, Netherlands), Fruit Logistica (Berlin, Germany), etc. A new website, in harmony with this new corporate style, will be available soon.
